1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Siriri for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to all our subscription plans (Premium, Pro, and Business).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@siriri.co with your account details and the reason for your request. We process all eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

3. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Domain Name Registrations: Once a custom domain name is registered through Siriri, it cannot be "returned" or cancelled. The portion of your payment covering domain registration costs is non-refundable. You will, however, retain full ownership of the domain for its remaining registration period.
  • Abuse of Service: We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who have violated our Terms of Service or have engaged in fraudulent activity.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless requested within the 14-day window.
